Exterior wall need to examined, but will generally dry okay. Electrical fixtures must be replaced. Crawl spaces need to be ventilated to dry. Flush then wash the structure with detergent. Most biocides including bleach are only effective on non-porous surfaces. Make sure that disinfectants and biocides used are registered and follow the label for specifics on how to use products including bleach.
